Custom Exempt Livestock Processing

We provide custom exempt processing services for all livestock; we are not USDA certified.

Livestock processing is scheduled BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

All processing is custom cut to your specific request. The hang-time is also per your request, unless you prefer our best recommendation.

Animals can be brought to our facility live on the hoof or deceased.

The kill fees for livestock covers the skinning and gutting part of the process.
