Butcher & Retail Shop

Our butcher and retail shop brings you a wide variety of fresh and frozen meat, including frozen meat bundles with beef, pork and poultry options. We also carry eggs, dairy, cooking & baking essentials, local goods, and so much more. Stop in and choose from our pre-cut and packaged meat options or call ahead with requests for specific cuts or large meat orders.

Hours & Operations

LIVESTOCK PROCESSING

Livestock processing services operate BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Tuesday-Friday, 9AM-6PM and Saturday 9AM-4PM.

We are a Custom Exempt Processor, meaning all product that leaves our facility must be labeled “Not For Sale.”

DEER SEASON

During archery season, we accept deer for processing services Monday thru Saturday. Please call for services needed on Sundays.

During muzzle loader/gun season, services are available 7 days a week, with the exception of being closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

BUTCHER & REATIL SHOP

Operating hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9AM-6PM and Saturday, 9AM-4PM. Please call ahead with any specific requests for meat cuts and packaging or large meat orders.
