Butcher & Retail Shop
Our butcher and retail shop brings you a wide variety of fresh and frozen meat, including frozen meat bundles with beef, pork and poultry options. We also carry eggs, dairy, cooking & baking essentials, local goods, and so much more. Stop in and choose from our pre-cut and packaged meat options or call ahead with requests for specific cuts or large meat orders.

Hours & Operations
LIVESTOCK PROCESSING
Livestock processing services operate BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
We are a Custom Exempt Processor, meaning all product that leaves our facility must be labeled “Not For Sale.”
DEER SEASON
We are available for deer drop-off during regular business hours, pending available cooler space.
For drop-off after regular business hours, please call 828-203-4922. We will either answer and arrange your drop-off or our voicemail message will notify you that we are unavailable or full. During bow season, we are closed on Sunday & Monday for deer drop-off entirely. Gun season is “to be determined.”
BUTCHER & REATIL SHOP
Regular business hours are Wednesday-Friday, 10AM-5PM & Saturday, 10AM-3PM. Please call ahead with any specific requests for meat cuts and packaging or large meat orders.
