We are a family built, owned and operated small business in Mill Spring, North Carolina. We believe in the value of knowing where your food comes from and are proud to provide a service that allows your meat to be brought from your field to your table.
Operations
LIVESTOCK PROCESSING
Livestock processing services operate “by appointment only” outside of deer season; because we operate “by appointment only,” we are not always in the physical office but are always available by phone during office hours, Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-5PM. Please call for any inquiries or services needed.
We are a Custom Exempt Processor, meaning all product that leaves our facility must be labeled “Not For Sale.”
DEER SEASON
During archery deer season, we accept deer for processing services Monday thru Saturday. Please call for services needed on Sundays.
During muzzle loader/gun deer season, services are available 7 days a week, with the exception of being closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
